Huawei Mate 70 series tipped to offer new dark color variants

Huawei Mate 70 series still has time to step on the launch stage and ahead of that, a leak says that the flagship lineup will likely bring some new dark color variants. These shades could be different and more appealing than those of the previous-gen models.

Weibo tipster @FixedFocus noted that Huawei has chosen dark colors as the main theme for its devices this year. Most of these shades are silver, black, blue, and green.

Thus, the Chinese phone maker might adopt the same color schemes for the Huawei Mate 70 series. For reference, the Mate 60 series flagship was launched in four outstanding colors Yachuan Green, Baisha Silver, Nannuo Purple, and Yadan Black.

This time, Huawei might switch the Purple variant with a classy dark blue shade for Mate 70, adding a new glory to the device. Apart from these, the company may also bring some entirely new color options for the next Mate smartphone lineup.

Note that the latest input is just a speculation, based on Huawei devices launched this year. The company has not marked any confirmation to this matter. But for colors, we might see darker themes than the light ones available for the Mate 60 series.

Further inputs state that other flagship products like the Huawei Watch GT 5, Sound Joy 2, and X speakers may show up officially in the next New Product launch event. The tipster didn’t mention the release month. Although the next press conference will likely take place in September and we may find these devices there.

Watch GT 5 series has already appeared on several Chinese and global certification sites, implying its imminent release. It could pre-install the new HarmonyOS NEXT software system and bring several eye-catching features to the table.

It is worth mentioning that these details can be inaccurate and there’s still a lot of waiting for confirmation. Hence, it’s better to take the inputs with a grain of salt.
