Huawei Mate 40 Pro and P50 Pro gets HarmonyOS 3.0.0.154 update
Huawei is rolling out HarmonyOS 3.0.0.154 software update for Mate 40 Pro and P50 Pro smartphones that brings multi-device network sharing features for these two flagships.
According to the changelog, Huawei Mate 40 Pro and P50 Pro HarmonyOS 3.0.0.154 update add new multi-device network sharing and multi-collaboration features. Meanwhile, the update also improves the gaming experience.
However, it’s also a stable rollout and brings stability to the performance. If you have a HarmonyOS 3 smartphone, visit Settings to upgrade to the latest software update.

SuperDevice:
- Support multi-device network sharing feature can share communication and networking capabilities with other nearby devices that login to the same HUAWEI ID, such as a tablet without a card and no network, can share mobile communication network, mobile phone calls, tablet answering, and mobile network tracking can also be shared. Play games (need to be supported by both parties and turn on WLAN and Bluetooth at the same time)
Multi-screen collaboration:
- Optimize the multi-screen collaboration function to enhance the interactive experience of mobile phones and tablets
Game:
- Optimize the experience of some game scenes
System:
- Optimize the compatibility of Huawei Printing with some devices
Security
- Integrates the October 2022 security patch to enhance system security
Other than these devices, Huawei Mate X2 also has received a similar rollout with HarmonyOS 3.0.0.152 and it’s expanding in batches.
