Big Chinese companies including Baidu, WPS, and Flight Butler published recruitment for HarmonyOS developers in order to develop native applications for this Huawei operating system.

The Chinese search giant, Baidu has listed recruitment for the HarmonyOS System app and an R&D engineer for the research and development of the Baidu HarmonyOS native application.

People applying for this job require experience of 1 year or more in HarmonyOS app development and its ecosystem language including ArkTS or Java.

Well-known office productivity software solution provider, Kingsoft WPS is recruiting senior product managers for WPS office mobile devices. The job listing reveals posts of HarmonyOS senior development engineer to develop WPS office applications for HarmonyOS devices.

The job details show that the developer is required to bring 3 years of experience in HarmonyOS system app development and expertise in HarmonoyOS development tools. Importantly, the company is offering a salary package between 25K (2800 USD) to 45K yuan (6300 USD) and 12K (1700 USD) to 15K (2200 USD) yuan for listed posts per month.

On the other hand, the free online journal app Qimao also posted job recruitment for HarmonyOS developers. Applicants for this job post require at least 3 years of experience in Android or iOS app development experience.

With the announcement of Huawei launching a native HarmonyOS experience, its Chinese industry partners are preparing to contribute their own native applications by hiring HarmonyOS developers.
