Huawei is sending a June 2022 software update for the Band 7 smart band that comes with a number of new features and brings in optimizations for your Band device. The Chinese tech maker has made the latest changes in the firmware to improve the user experience and provide a number of new useful functionality. However, the update is rolling out for the Chinese models and the company may expand this to the global market.
Moving on, the Huawei Band 7 June 2022 update comes with a firmware version 2.0.0.26 and it has a firmware package size of 11.46MB. The update mainly focuses on the WeChat payment system that brings. After the update, he needs to click WeChat Pay on the Band 7 first, and the screen will display the WeChat scan code to enable this feature. After the user scans the WeChat code with the mobile phone, the user can use the WeChat payment function on the Band 7 after making some settings.
Other than WeChat, the update also optimizes connectivity and brings some display optimizations as well as system stability for better improvements.
