Huawei P30 and P30 Pro enters EMUI 11 public beta, stable update coming soon
Huawei is currently testing EMUI 11 for various devices including the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro. These two old flagships began their EMUI 11 journey in late October to test the latest features.
In the same month, Huawei begins the rollout of the first EMUI 11 beta for the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro beta testers in China. Until now, both of these devices already received a number of beta builds.
EMUI 11 is the latest mobile software skin, which brings a number of new features including the new artistic AOD themes, wallpapers for better user experience, improved multi-screen collaboration features, subtle animation effects in the user interface, and more.
Aside from China, Huawei has opened the EMUI 11 beta recruitment for the Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X, Mate 20 X 5G, Mate 20 RS, and Nova 5T users in Europe. While the company is moving to release stable EMUI 11 for the Huawei P40 and Mate 30 devices for global users.

In the current context, Huawei P30 and P30 Pro users in China are now eligible to test the public beta version of EMUI 11 and eligible to test its latest features. More information linked below.

Requirements:
Huawei P30 and P30 Pro users in China required to be updated on the same EMUI version of 10.1.0.169 to receive the EMUI 11 public beta.
Users can check their build version by going into Settings > System.
Tip: Before upgrading to the beta version, we recommend users to back up important data to avoid any data loss.
