Network stability improvement released for Huawei Nova 7 SE smartphone
Huawei is sending a new software update for Nova 7 SE device users. This update doesn’t install any security patch or feature but brings optimization for system compatibility with certain networks.
Last month, Huawei delivered the February 2021 security patch for Nova 7 SE smartphone, which fixes different levels 0f exploits and issues that defend your device against threats.
EMUI 11 status:
EMUI 11 is the custom OS, which every Huawei smartphone users want to install on their respective devices. Huawei Nova 7 SE is also one of them, which is compatible to run with this OS skin.
Moreover, previously, the Huawei Philippines support team has officially responded on this matter and made clear that this phone user will receive EMUI 11 in near future but actually dates are not confirmed at the moment.

Before you upgrade:
- We recommend you take a backup of your important data.
- Use a stable connection to download the update package.
- Do not forcefully turn off the phone, once the installation is started.
Software update details:
New version: Huawei Nova 7 SE users receiving EMUI 10.1 version 10.1.1.222 with an update size 1740 KB in the Middle East.
Changelog: Optimizes system compatibility with certain networks.
HOW TO CHECK FOR UPDATE:
To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.
You can also request software updates through the Support app. To do this, open the Support app, go to the Service tab on the bottom bar, tap on the update, then select Check for updates and then download and install.
